At LPF Flexible Packaging we believe in constant improvement. Improvement in our products, but also in our people. This sentiment is shared within the Clondalkin group, which is why LPF and the other Clondalkin companies visited sister company Wentus in Höxter the past two days. The theme of the conference was ‘value’: recognizing the truly important factors and problems that our customers deal with in their daily work, and thinking up fitting solutions to these problems. Using inspiring cases and brainstorm sessions, theory met practice. Aside from our own succes stories, guest-speaker Hans Reinders (from OXYCOM) shared his thoughts on innovation and the challenging road that comes with it to end the conference on an inspiring note. 


Take-aways for LPF

The annual Clondalkin conferences provide excellent opportunities for our sales team to share knowledge and success-stories. This conference looked at value and how to better form and present this to our partners. Each Clondalkin group conference helps us learn and give new insights. Insights in markets, sectors and flexible packaging solutions. All with the end goal of better solutions for our customers. Specifically interesting for us were the different cases that were discussed. These gave us new insights and solutions that we can’t wait to take to our own partners. Finally, Wentus showcased their refreshed look and brand. Interesting news that provided food for thought.
